Representative of an Overseas Business visa 

 

You can come to UK as a representative of an overseas business outside EEA and Switzerland. Also, you should be either:

• A representative of an overseas business planning to set up  business branch in the UK. 

• A staff of a foreign  newspaper, news agency or broadcasting organisation which the position will be long term. 

Apply for the visa for 3 months before you travel.

Normally you will get decision on your visa within 3 weeks from the date you apply for.

Duration of your visa

First term of 3 years visa.

Also you can apply for extend your visa for another 2 years.

After 5 years living in the UK for 5 years, you will be able to apply for permission to settle permanently in the UK.

You can apply for this visa when:

• you are able to invest £2,000,000 or more in the UK

£1,623 to apply, extent or switch visa 

Same amount for applying as a family member.

Duration of your visa

Initial term for a maximum of 3 years and 4 months.

You may be able to extend this visa for another 2 years.

Innovator Visa 

Access to minimum  £50,000 to investment in setting up a new business. Also your business idea need to be endorsed  by an authorised body in the UK.

You must be endorsed by an authorised body that is either:

• A UK higher education institution

• A business organisation with a history of supporting UK entrepreneurs
