When you book travel products or other services with us the process requires certain personal and financial information to allow our system or staff to complete your bookings. As for the need of accompanied travel bookings you have to provide us with the names and personal details of all the passengers travelling. This information allows our agent or system to process your travel bookings correctly and to send you confirmation of your bookings electronically, via email or by post.
During the bookings Venus LTD requires your telephone number for the purpose that we can contact you easily as possible if there was an issue or concern with your reservations/bookings or visa application process. When you book a travel product/service with us , according to the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we strictly and confidentially follow security procedures to storage and disclosing of information you provide us, in order to prevent any unauthorised access to your data. By this it means we may occasionally ask you security questions to check your correct identity against our database information before we are able to disclose any sensitive information to you. There is an exception that we may disclose your data when we are legally obliged to disclose your data with UK government authorities .
