By booking travel products and other services through Venus LTD you are agree to below terms and conditions. As we work as intermediate agent in case of selling flight tickets, most flights are protected with ATOL  by our suppliers as by airlines. Venus LTD is registered as Travel, consulting agency and visas services company in England and Wales with registration number of 12979089. You are able to request our products/services we offer on www.venustravels.co.uk, over the phone or by attending our office.

Contract

​

Any bookings made or order placed by you, weather through venustravels.co.uk website or via phone call/attending the agency shall be deemed an offer by to purchase the relevant items subject to booking conditions. Note that Venus Ltd  sells flights tickets as intermediate travel agent for airlines and other suppliers, By this it means the contract for flight products is between you and the airline.Therefore we work as intermediate by providing you with travel products from suppliers. When you are booking travel products such flights, hotels, travel insurance and car hire you are in contract with the product/service supplier.

Please note that for each tickets there are additional terms which are specific to the fare. They may for example, state that the ticket is non-cancelable or non-refundable, and have other information relating to the itinerary and refunds. You must read the FLIGHT RULES for each ticket. 

You are responsible for complying with any airline's terms in relation to check-in times, reconfirmation of flights or other matters. In relation to flight tickets, you are required to use all flight coupons in order os sequence. If this requirement is not met the airline may void the ticket. A contract arises between you and the airline, as soon we send you a confirmation email behalf of Venus Ltd confirming that they have accepted your booking.

Fares

​

All fares are quoted exclusive of taxes, plus the tax amount, post fee if applicable and ticketing fee then a total. These are added together to form your final quotation. Fees are subject to change without prior notice by the airlines and are only guaranteed when following confirmation of the contract. In general, the most flexible tickets are likely to be more expensive.

Reservations

​

The Venus LTD is connected to large database contains availability of travel products run by third party leading in travel technology.These databased known as Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and Computer Reservation Systems (CRS). Through these GDS/CRS that Venus Travel Ltd allowed to reserves your relevant ticket(s).

​

However, there are some airlines that do not maintain  "Real Time" seat availability in GDS/CRS. It may happen that due to lack of seat availability certain airlines cancel sales. When such a rare cases occur Venus Ltd will advice you within 48 hours if this is the case and assist you in best way to restore your booking. Furthermore, there are certain airlines which participate in GDS/CRS, but do not engage in UK Ticketing plan system. In this such event Venus Ltd will not be able to issue your ticket(s), and unfortunately, have to terminate the reservation. 

In such a rare case we will not be liable for any additional costs added to your expenses in purchasing new ticket(s) with higher fare. The payment for you ticket(s) will be refunded if your reservation is terminated by the airline or us.

Tickets

​

Most of our tickets will be issued as "E-Tickets" but in some case you may have to pick up your ticket(s) at the point of your departure. We make sure how and where to pick up your ticket(s).

Flight Reconfirmation 

​

All onward, outward and return flights must be reconfirmed with your relevant airline at within 72 hours prior to the commencement of that leg of the journey. Venus Travel has no responsibility for bookings canceled due to non-compliance with rules set by that particular airline. We also take no responsibility for flight delays or rescheduling en route. 

In the event of a flight schedule change not always you require ticket(s) revalidation, but when it necessary Venus Ltd  will inform you on time and issue new ticket(s) for to use on your journey.

Passport/ Visas/ Health Requirements

​

We are here happy to inform you of current documentation requirements for various entry visas to any destinations you plan to travel. It is upon to you to ask for the service. Overall, that is your responsibility to make sure you meet the passport, visa and health requirements of the countries you plan to visit and once you transit(including plane change). Many countries require you minimum period of six month from your arrival date in the country. Venus Ltd takes no responsibility if you will be denied boarding or deported due to none-fulfillments of the requirements standards.

We will also assist you with applying for passports if you wish us to do as well with completion of your personal/business paperworks and applications.  All above is separate service and you will be charged at standard rates for the service we provide you with.

Insurance

​

Venus Travel strongly advices you to purchase right travel insurance to cover you for incidents such as cancellations,, health issues , baggage loss, thefts etc.

Airline regulations/conditions of carriage

​

Please beware Venus Ltd acts as intermediate travel agent of the airline you have chosen to book on. Please Read your ticket wallet for their conditions of carriage.

Cancelation/ Amendments 

​

In the event that you need to change or cancel your travel plans, it is your responsibility to notify Venus Ltd in writing and phone call for such request at least 24 hours before your flight departure. Beware, some tickets are no-refundable, but can be applied(for a limited time) towards future travels. There are some low fare tickets do not allow changes. 

​

Venus Ltd charges an administration fee of £35 per person for any modifications, cancellations and changes to the fare plus airline charge if applicable. Most airlines have cancellation fee for any changes or cancelations to the fare. Please make sure you read the FLIGHT RULES carefully for the fare selected as airline charges clearly notified both for cancelation or changes the flight. If the choosing seats are not available in booking class you purchased the ticket but there is availability in higher fare class, you need to pay for the difference between fares plus administration fee.

Also, if you are holding a booking and tickets are arranged then you do not notify us in writing and phone call for cancelation or changes to your travel, it will be treated as a "no show" and that could result in losing 100% of what you paid for your ticket.

Refunds

 

In events that you decided to cancel your journey it is crucial that you write and call us at least 24 hours prior your flight. It allows us to cancel your reservation with airline. If you have your tickets pleases submit to us:

Upon receipt of ticket(s) we will send you an acknowledgment that we have received them. Those tickets which refunable and canceled by us will be processed and refund back to your credit cardin approximately 10 weeks from our recipes of the ticket(s). Some tickets may need to be submitted to the airline for the cancelation and or refund to be authorised. Insuch as cases your refund request may take longer which we will advice you in our acknowledgment of the excepted turnaround period. Please beware most airlines do not refund on partly used ticket(s). Also, please note that tickets which are returned more than 12 months from the date of issue are counted as expired tickets and must be submitted to the airline for their authority of refund.

Lost Tickets

​

In the event you lose your tickets it may be possible for most type of tickets to re-issue them for a fee. 

if you lose your E-ticket it is not a big issue. We simply reprint the ticket(s) sending you or Email you one copy. But, not all tickets can be easily reissued. For this reason we advice you have your travel insurance cover. Your tickets will be send to you in accordance with your instructions. Therefore, we accept no responsibility for their delivery. Those lost tickets that can not be re-issued again are only refunded at sole discretion of the airline, thee refunds may takes up to one year to be authorised by relevant airline.

Liability

​

Venus Ltd acts as intermediate travel agency, by this we mean it will have no contractual liability to you in respect of travel products( flights, hotels, car hire and travel insurance). But, we will be still liable to you if it has been neglected , it has misrepresented important information or has been in breach of any other relevant law.

Unreasonable Behaviour 

​

If in the reasonable opinion of person in authority you are not fit to travel, she or he may refuse let you board the aircraft. This happens when such person believes you are likely to disturb, harass or harm other passengers. In such a cases we will not be able to offer you any further service and our responsibility will end with immediate effect.

Consent

​

By disclosing your personal information to us using this website, completing our forms,  over the telephone or in person, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information by Venus Ltd in the manner set out in the privacy policy. Certain information and emails sent to Venus Ltd may be used as testimonials but no email address or contact details will be displayed.

Payments

All  credit card/debit card transactions are carried out on behalf of Venus Travel and Visas Ltd by .................after ticketing confirmation the user is forwarded to a secure payment system guaranteed by ............ where the user may pay for their booking.
