You will be able to apply for settle permanently in the UK known as Indefinite Leave to Remain(ILR) if you have already spent 5 years living in the UK under following categories:

• Refugee

• Person with humanitarian protection

• Apply to the EU Settlement Scheme (Settled and Pre-settled Status The deadline for submitting an application is 30 June 2021.

You will not be charged for settlement application  as a refugee or person who’s been given humanitarian protection.
